If he is satisfied with our answer, then only he passes on to the next point. He encourages us to ask a question. He never gets angry in class. Shrestha dictates notes on every topic. His notes are very valuable. If there is any difficult topic. He writes answers and distributes handouts. He is very painstaking. He plans and prepares every lesson very carefully. He consults different books. He does not depend solely on the textbook. Shrestha uses the Direct Method of teaching. He brings various teaching aids in the class.
He makes frequent use of the diagram, maps, charts, and globes. He lays great stress on the diagram and maps. His drawings are quite good. He shows us different varieties of soil, rocks, plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, etc. Sometimes, he takes us out on study tours. Shrestha bestows individual attention to the students. He takes care of each and every student. Dull students receive special attention. He keeps a record of the progress made by every student. If he makes that student has not satisfactory progress, he makes that student work hard. As a result, no student fails the exam in his subject. Shrestha is very sociable.
